Description
Following on from 2018's New Zealand Pale Ale, Hongi, we continue to showcase Southern Hemisphere hops in 2019 with Raise The Endeavour. This well balanced and refreshing Aussie Pale Ale highlights the punchy, bright, fruity characteristics of the freshest Australian hops available. Extra Pale Malt provides the base. CaraPils and Crystal Rye added for body. Bittered with CO2 Hop Extract. Enigma, Galaxy and Vic Secret added for flavour addition and Enigma and Galaxy added for dry hop aroma. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain for clean malt and hop profiles.
