Sidecar 2 builds on the foundation of the original, retaining it's complex grain bill while showcasing a fresh variety of hops - cashmere, citra and mosaic.
A generous dose of flaked oats and dextrin malt (alongside a few other secret ingredients) create a soft, velvety mouthfeel, enhanced body and excellent head retention.
The new hop combination adds bright citrus aromatics, featuring a layered flavour profile of zesty lemon and grapefruit with a touch of piney bitterness.
A beautiful glowing pale yellow in colour, softly carbonated, crushable and full of texture - Sidecar 2 is a modern pale that rides smooth but delivers plenty of character!
