This New England IPA has encapsulated what this collaboration beer has been all about with Bini-Brewery, a lot of fun! If fun was a fruit? it's a mango right? Hop additions off Citra to this juicy New England allowed mango and guava fruits to prevail as the prominent flavours, that sit nicely amongst the citrus of American hop Mosaic and Gooseberry notes of popular New Zealand hop Nelson. A collaboration Brew with one of our favourite breweries of 2022, who are well worth keeping an eye on with their new Taproom in Leeds.
