SWOOP! is our first cask beer release! we have created a easy drinking pale ale with juicy USA hops (Mosaic/Azacca/Amarillo) on a new soft new England malt base fermented with London Fog yeast! Expect a low bitterness, full mouthfeel and notes of citrus and stone fruits!
