Our annual collab brewed with our great pals from Burnt Mill is back for its fifth edition!
Big Thaw 5 is our take on a classic West Coast-style IPA - bold, bitter and resinous. A base of Pils, Pale Ale and Cara malts is balanced with a trio of hops, Columbus, Chinook and HBC 586, making this beer a veritable bowl full of citrus, pine and fruity mango notes.
West Coast really is the BEST coast!
