Description
Malt: Maris Otter as a base malt with torrified wheat, Crystal and Cara Red. Roasted barley adds flavours of dark chocolate and coffee. Rye malt is added for spicy notes.
Hops: Using a combination of New Zealand Pacific Jade, Pacifica and American Willamette hops to balance flavours. This combination will bring spicy, herbal aromas with hints of black pepper.
Colour: Darker brew with sparkles of a purple red hue.
Nose: Malt, dark chocolate, hints of roasted coffee, blackcurrants and soft citrus.
Taste: Deep flavours of roasted coffee and toffee, gentle bitterness and long hoppy, toasty finish.
