Description
We used this brand new juicy pale ale as a chance to experiment with some new whirlpool hopping techniques. By adjusting the time and temperature of our whirlpool we hoped to extract the maximum flavour and aroma from the hops without accentuating the bitterness. A massive double dry hop of Azacca and Simcoe combined with a robust malt bill ensure this new pale delivers some juicy hop character and big mouthfeel.
