What is Mead?
Mead is a honey-based alcoholic drink. Whereas cider is made with apples, wine with grapes, beer from malt, mead is made by fermenting honey!
Honey & Hops:
A firm favourite, here we add a zesty and floral flavour to our mead by using carefully selected hops during the fermentation process. This is where craft beer meets mead, and they get along very well. Brewed on 100% UK honey.
