Rye IPA|. This week sees then release of 'The Eye’ our Rye IPA, this modern style variation of a IPA is brewed with Caramalt, Red Rye Crystal and Rye Malt to give a peppery spice flavour with citrus, tropical fruit and pine aromas from the Citra, Simcoe, Chinook and Cascade hops used.
