Description
Petite Saison. Contemplation is fermented at a low temperature to produce a small Saison with a low ester profile. Coriander seed and Hallertau Blanc in the boil, with late a stage addition of Willamette, gives contemplation a refreshing citrus flavour with hints of white grape and moorland flowers.
