Hopfenweisse. Time for a bit of big beer, summer suitability? Meet Cultivator – a banana and clove, hop and wheat-filled sensation.

Cultivator is brewed with Cascade and Styrian Wolf on both the hot and cold side and fermented with Heffe 1 yeast. A classic German wheat beer strain, Hefe 1 produces a high level of isoamyl acetate, giving the brew all those lovely banana notes. By balancing our phenol production, this yeast strain also helps to produce clove notes whilst remaining banana forward. and wheat-filled sensation.

A multifaceted brew, Cultivator is hoppy, flowery, bitter, full-bodied, sweet and malty. Cultivator has it all in flowing abundance.
