Description
This is a perfect example of a classic style of beer but with a modern twist, introduced by the careful adjustment of the brewing parameters. This amber coloured bitter has a smooth texture and subtle honey and spice flavours, created by introducing a precisely measured amount of rye malt. Best served slightly chilled it is delivered with a creamy head made up of millimetre diameter bubbles each measured before delivery :-).
