Swirl - 5% Vanilly & Cherry Icecream Sour
At the start of the month we asked the women of Kegbelly to design a beer for International Woman's Day on the 8th Feb. Emma, Tash, Ash and Lilly created the style, ABV, design brief and even joined us for the brewday. Swirl is brewed with 80kg of Sour Cherry puree and 2 litres of Bourbon Madagascan Vanilla Extract. We've sweetened it right up with a mix of Lactose and Maltodextrin to mimic the texture and flavour of icecream. Launching on Saturday 8th March
