Description
Somewhere between a West Coast and New England Pale Ale this beer contains the best of both worlds. Both Crystal and Oat malts used in the grist, Crystal for colour and sweentess, and Oats to help boost the mouthfeel and body of the 4.9% ale. Then we used some classically West Coast hops, Centennial and Amarillo, as well as the ever present Citra, in a huge dry hop to produce aromas of citrus fruit and pine.
