Description
Heavy, Scottish 80 Shilling. - Nobody could ever categorise the writings of Adam Smith, the father of modern economics, as light so we felt it appropriate to name our own Scottish “heavy” after his theory on the market mechanism. Using traditional old Edinburgh yeast alongside a big malt bill with classic English hops. Full bodied with balanced warm roasted flavours leading to notes of sweet caramel, toffee and dried fruit. Recently described as "nostalgia in a glass."
