Description
This is a colab with Lough Gill who are based in Sligo on the West Coast of Ireland who flew over to us in Shrewsbury. We wanted to do a bold desert stout so after much deliberation between myself (Donncha, Head Brewer) and Jordon (their head brewer) we decided to do a decadent stout with a 3 hour boil. We used 8 different malts, lots of lactose and a subtle burst of chocolate and peanut butter. The result is a desert in a glass that is like liquid American cansdy.
