Scottish stock pale ale brewed with an extremely rare, ancient, Scottish landrace barley, Berneray Bere, and hopped with Goldings from Brook House Hops in Herefordshire and Hallertau Blanc from Locher Hopfen in Tettnang.
Open fermented, oak fermented then bottle fermented, all with house microbes.
