Sorbetto is a gently tart and ever so lightly saline Raspberry Gose. This light bodied German style beer is ideal in spring and summer to sip and unwind with as you do sweet nothing. Raspberry and Lemon added for a blush of colour and acidity and a burst of fruitiness. The perfect palette cleanser - best enjoyed on sun kissed terrace watching the world go by.
