Daura Damm was launched in 2006. And is unequivocally - THE WOLRDS MOST AWARD WINNING GLUTEN FREE BEER. Daura Damm is a full flavoured beer, created for coeliacs. Daura Damm tastes like and everyday beer, because it is made with the same ingredients malted barley, hops, water, yeast. It is made to be gluten free from an enzyme that is added at the end of the process, to help break down the gluten molecules to a certain level. The gluten content of Daura Damm is always reduced down to 3ppm (parts per million). Lower than most of its competitors.
