Description
A blend of 20 month & 30 month old golden ales brewed with malted barley, raw wheat and raw organic spelt. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. The beer was refermented on Tayberries from from East Sussex for 2 months. A further addition of apricot stones were made before blending and packaging.
