Description
Uncle Phil is a Stalwart down here at Cold Black Label, and he does love his coffee... So we thought we'd brew this in his honour - a Welsh Amber Ale, featuring a complex old-school grist and the judicious use of Target for bittering. Several infusions of coffee beans (Black Honduras Honey from our friends and neighbours at Durstons Coffee) go into each brew [much like each day for Uncle Phil!], and we've finished this off by dry hopping with Chinook for added zip. Why not try with a rich chocolate cake...
