BRITISH IPA - 5.7% ABV
We've brought the West Coast to the Scottish East Coast for Crossbill IPA, our version of the super-hot British IPA style brewed in collaboration with English hop producer Charles Faram. As the name suggests, this is an all-British affair, pairing East Lothian malt, 'Bond' yeast from WHC Labs, and several interesting, experimental hops from Charles Faram - Harlequin, Godiva and Olicana.
The result is a fun, hoppy, bitter British IPA of surprising character - stone fruit, redcurrant jam, berries, dank but with a malty background and higher ABV to hold it all together.
