Description
This Imperial Stout was aged for 15 months in an ex-Cognac cask with roasted Cocoa nibs. Prior to packaging, the beer was infused with Scottish sea salt. The result is a deeply complex stout with milk chocolate and toasted malt notes, rounded off with a touch of complimentary salt. Limited to 96 bottles.
