As lovers of both West and East Coast style IPA's we're creating the perfect marriage of the 2 styles with a Mountain DIPA. Pairing a clean malt and oat base and using Verdant yeast to give a fruity and smooth background, with the piney, dank and tropical hop profile of a Westie. For the hops we're bringing some of the freshest innovations, in the Whirlpool we added YCH Dynaboost Idaho 7, a concentrated lupulin boost of the juicy tropical, mango and pine aromas to kick us off. Whilst for the Dry Hop we added YCH Cryo-Pop hop pellets, that bring juicy pineapple and grapefruit, and the latest named release from the US Hop Breeding program, Krush, which brings stonefruit, berry and piney, woody dank character to the beer. To finish off we've got hold of some of another new innovation from the US with Brewgas, a newly available terpene derived extract from cannabis that will enhance the dankness to give a classic intense IPA aroma.
