Our first release in our single hopped series won ‘the best beer of the BAT’ in the last year's Burton Ale Trail.
This time round we've opted for Centennial!
A versatile dual-purpose variety, known for its floral, citrus, and piney aroma with flavors of grapefruit and earthiness. Often called super Cascade, Centennial is prized for its balanced bitterness and bold aromatic profile, perfect for Stairway.
