Based on Worthington White Shield and named after a former dray horse in the old Brewery Museum. Aromatic hops, toasted cereal notes and and spice enhanced by fragrant fruity character and a top note of fresh bread. A full luxurious mouth-feel combines with a subtle peppery character to create an exquisite finish.
