Description
Stack Yard is a wheat focused pale ale with a blend of extra pale, wheat malt and flaked wheat, to give us a soft cereal malty base. We have then brought together Citra, Mosaic and HBC 630 for a melody of citrus fruits and red berries, balanced with the peachy esters of our house yeast.
