Bayern is our bavarian-style pils, brewed with german hops, malt and
yeast to be as true to this classic style as possible. It’s late-hopped with the
fantastic spalter select, renowned for its spicy and earthy flavours with
hints of citrus. Bayern undergoes a long conditioning time, resulting in a
beautifully crisp beer with a refreshing bitterness in the finish.
