5.5% Strong Brown Ale Bess takes its name from Bess of Hardwick, a native of Derbyshire who rose to become one of the most powerful and wealthy women in England during her time. The pump clip design is based on a Textile Wall Hanging, one of her most prized possessions. This Strong Brown Ale features a carefully curated malt bill and a selection of traditional English hops. It pours a rich mahogany with a creamy, off-white head. The aroma offers enticing notes of caramel, chocolate, and subtle fruit undertones.
