Description
This beer is a blend of 70% barrel aged ale and 30%’ Brass’ a sublime Ernest wet hopped ale from our Kentish neighbours Whitstable Oyster Brewing. It was then dry-hopped in tank with our own 2024 harvest of Fuggles and Cascade. A unique meeting of the leading English hop manufacturing counties.
