PALE ALE // CASCADE, CENTENNIAL AND SIMCOE. A crisp, light-bodied pale ale with bright citrus and floral notes from Cascade, balanced by Centennial’s piney bitterness and Simcoe’s earthy, tropical depth. Finishes clean and dry with a subtle resinous bite.
