Description
A crisp, dry lager made using German smoked malts, then barrel aged in Islay whisky barrels to combine the best of Scottish and German brewing traditions. For this batch we have used 100% German beechwood smoked malt, giving a refreshing apple and ripe red berry flavour underneath waves of smoke from the malt and the barrels.
