There’s a common thread that connects so many of the team here at Polly’s; our shared passion for locking on a pair of skis or snowboard and hitting the pistes with a bunch of pals in the daytime, before heading back to the chalet in the evening to sink a couple of pints. What better to enjoy in front of a fire after a day of exertion than a big, bold robust stout though? Winter Slope is a beer for the more distinguished post-piste skier, not loutish like the lager lager lager lads, this is a more refined classy style to be supped and savoured. A beer that lets the malt do the talking - this is treated to a cocktail of black malt, chocolate, crystal extra dark, roasted barley and oh so many oats to fill up the mouthfeel on this deliciously moreish stout.
