Description
Barrel aged wild ale with Raspberry sour Cherry and Elderflower. Conditioned on fresh Raspberry, Dried Morello Cherries and hand picked local Elderflower this beer was then returned to Port barrels for 5 months prior to packaging for additional smoothness, tannins, acidity and oxidization.
