Description
Ptarmigan is a traditional tawny bitter pouring pale gold. Big aromas of dried fruit and citrus peel upfront are built upon a solid sweet and malty base. There is strong biscuity flavours of caramel and toffee. Ptarmigan finishes with a pleasant bitter and lingering aftertaste. It has a clean, dry palate and finishes with a refreshing and lingering bitterness
