Black Lime Gin

Description

Our distillery doors are now open, and we’re launching with a selection of authentic Wiltshire-made gins and vodka. Our gin and vodka start life in our whisky stills, which we further distil to produce our own neutral grain spirit.
Sustainability is at our core. Unlike most distilleries, we don’t buy in our neutral grain spirit - we make it entirely on-site at our home on the Fonthill Estate in south-west Wiltshire. We source barley from the fields just metres away, and pure chalk-filtered water from the ground under our feet.
Everything we do is guided by our three core values: authenticity, provenance, and traceability.
NOSE
Spicy juniper and the freshness of violet flowers with a light acidity and the spiciness of pepper. PALATE
Juniper dominates the taste with bright and rich citrus, with a moderately sweet and tangy aftertaste transitioning into warmth and spice. FINISH
Smooth and balanced with the sweetness of cinnamon and notes of smoked citrus.
