Description
Sour Beer. This year’s theme for Food on the Edge is ‘A Sense of Place’. Our place, on the shores of Galway Bay, has inspired more than the name of the brewery. In collaboration with Galway-based Michelin Star chef & restauranteur JP McMahon, we have used ingredients with a connection to the sea, with Kombu harvested in Connemara and sea buckthorn from the shoreline.
