Brain the size of a planet

Description

Call it a mash-up of styles if you want, its a Session IPA / Wit type thing! maybe!! Its a single hopped Citra Session IPA with a fairly chunky amount of Coriander, the science behind it goes a bit like this.... Coriander is a source of Geraniol and certain yeasts will use geraniol as a precursor to Citrus flavours. You might just get a hint of the mouth-coating effect that Coriander can give at the back end of the palate. We fermented with the Verdant yeast. Also a collab with of friends at Bingley Brewery.
