Description

This sessionable blonde ale presents light in colour, with grapefruit and pine aromas from the Southern Cross hop used in the boil, whirlpool and dryhopping. These hops also deliver a soft bitterness which is well balanced by a gentle sweet, honey character from a light crystal malt and a soft palate from wheat malt.
