Description
A classic example of a west coast IPA and one of our all-time favourites.
Chinook [grapefruit, pine] blends with Centennial [citrus, floral] & Citra [citrus, tropical] to create a depth of resinous ‘C hop’ flavours layered with some brighter citrus / fruity notes. A malty backbone with a hint of sweetness allows us to add an aggressive dose of bitterness to create a refreshing and highly drinkable IPA.
