There’s a flavour harmony across apples and blackcurrant, which we’ve brought to the fore here with our Herefordshire blackcurrant cider. Our skill comes in growing apples and our friends at Pixley Berries are the experts at growing blackcurrants. With varieties such as Jonagold, Cox, Bramley and Rubens as dessert apples featuring in a naturally sweet base, the blackcurrants lend a fresh berry aroma and taste to the drink. It’s a refreshing, sweet drink, and we’ve kept the strength low too, at 3.4%.
