Description
A beautifully crisp lager, emulating the lagers and kolsch style typically found in Cologne, Germany. Flies off the taps at the taproom!
Using top fermenting yeast, this beer is then allowed to rest and ferment at low temperatures to create a clean, crisp, fresh lager which has very subtle fruitiness, accompanied by a perfect malty balance.
