Description
South Pacific Pale Ale. Like getting punched in the face by a fruit salad. Ka Pai pours extremely pale straw with a prominent white head. On the nose is a combination of passion fruit, mango and lychee. The taste is light bodied and initially sweet but beautifully balanced with a long lasting bitterness. Pair it up with South East Asian foods, salads and fruit based desserts. Predominantly New Zealand hops.
