Description
Dry, fruity, rustic wheat ale brewed with wine yeast, Saaz & spelt.
By co-fermenting with Beaujolais wine yeast and a classic Belgian yeast, we're able to produce a light, refreshing beer with delicate, fruity esters and dry, lightly spiced finish. The sort of beer you could drink all day, but also full of flavour and beautifully complex.
