Description
This is an easy drinking American style hazy lager that has been fermented with a Californian lager yeast that allows it to be fermented at a much higher temperature than normal lager yeast, and then to top it off we have given it a light dry hop with mosaic at the end of fermentation, giving a nice clean and thirst quenching up front with tropical notes coming through at the end
