WEST COAST INDIA PALE ALE. Jack Hammer is a powerhouse IPA created to be a lasting celebration of bitterness, a homage to the West Coast style. On the nose it releases multiple waves of spiky grapefruit citrus, peaches and sharply bitter lemon tea. The pithy bitterness truly comes over in the taste which is bold, assertive and lingering. It generates flavours of tropical fruit, pine, more grapefruit and then a long-lasting extreme of dryness that pushes through to the clean finish.
