2021 Collaboration with 6 Degrees North, Laurencekirk.
This brew was made with the guys at 6DN, who make modern, artisan beers driven by Belgian brewing tradition and are regarded as one of Scotland's best craft breweries.
6DN & Brew Toon both scooped golds for sours at the Scottish Beer Awards; so it was fitting to brew a sour together. Using Voss Kveik yeast to create orange and grapefruit notes and dry-hopped with Bru-1 Lupomax for stone fruit and tropical aromas, we've created the perfect thirst quencher!
