Festival Helles (collab w/ Kirkstall)

Description

This Festival Helles is our first collaboration with our good friends at Kirkstall Brewery, who came down from Leeds to brew this very special lager.

Thanks to our state-of-the-art reverse osmosis water treatment system, we could replicate Dortumund’s water profile, giving this beer a more authentic touch.

The beer has the malt profile of a Helles, the hop character of a Pils, and is slightly stronger than both. Pils malt and noble hops are in good balance with a touch of malty sweetness: a smooth pale crisply refreshing beer, and a perfect accompaniment to every Festival.
