Earlier this year we teamed up renowned beer expert, Mellissa Cole as we set about looking to curate Big Drop Brewing's first ever Collaboration Set. We've teamed up with four of the UK's leading craft Breweries, Salt, Fourpure, Fyne & Harbour to a produce the first in Global Series of 0.5% Collaboration Brews. The Black IPA was the collaboration with Fourpure and is an Intense combination of two styles, the aroma is chocolate, a little coffee with a hint of oak woodiness and pineapple. Flavour is hop forward with just a hint of chocolate and roast coffee before a clean bitter finish.
