Description
Collab with Errant Brewery in Newcastle. Pineapple and Rose Petal Saison. Super dry Belgian style farmhouse alse with Belle Saison yeast is given a tropical fruit hit with a huge quantity of Pineapple puree (at a dose rate of over 80g/L). We then added Rose Petals into the fermenter to set the beer off with a lovely floral aroma. This ones not to be missed!
